1921-1923: Starred in football, basketball and baseball programs at Vocational High School in Syracuse.

1925 -1929 : Attended Clarkson College. Played football, basketball and baseball.

1926 : Drop kicked a fifty-yard field goal to beat Rochester 3-0.

1930-1931 : Earned Physical Education ~ Science degree at Appalachian State Teachers College. Played two years of varsity sports.

1931-1937: Taught at Huleryville and Roscoe High Schools

1938: Began teaching and coaching at Eastwood High School. Coached football, basketball and golf until 1967.

1938-1966: Drumlins Club Champion-eleven championships.
Syracuse District-Winner in 1937, 1939, 1940, 1958. Runner-up in 1952, 1964.
District Seniors Winner in 1953, 1954, 1957. Runner-up in 1956.
Central New York Open Winner in 1940. Runner-up in 1941, defeated Gene Sarazen.
New York State Seniors Winner five times.
Syracuse Sportsman of the Year 1954.
