1956 -1960: Played on Cathedral High basketball team

1964: Coached St. Brigid’s to an 11-0 season and won the CYO championship

1972: Coached baseball at Bishop Ludden, where he won the sectional championship

1973 -1987: Coached basketball at Bishop Ludden, winning 291 games and three sectional championships.

1987-1994: Named Syracuse Commissioner of Parks and Recreation.

1996-2001: Coached at West Genesee High School winning record of 60 46 and lead his team to the Wildcat’s first Section III Class A Championship since 1959.

January 7,1997: Won his 300th game vs. Liverpool High School.
- 1997: Received the Blind Men and Criers annual “John Arcaro Coaches Award” given to the high school coach who have been recognized for outstanding success in their sport.

2002: Took over the basketball coaching duties at Liverpool High School.

January 20, 2004: Won his 400 game.

Total high school coaching record to date: 413 wins, 166 losses. 450-plus victories over all.

In his 28 season, his teams have won 23 league or playoff championships, and 8 Sectional titles.

Current Board Member and past President of the Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame.
